Hi! I’m Sierra. Known to most as CeCeLyric. I’m an emerging storyteller whose work embodies the vibrant pulse of Harlem and the depth of the Black experience. Born and raised in the concrete jungle of New York City, my creative journey is rooted in the dynamic culture of Harlem - the birthplace of the Harlem Renaissance and a community steeped in artistry, history, and resilience. From the jazz-filled streets to the echoes of poetry and revolution, Harlem’s rich legacy has fueled my passion for storytelling since an early age. Growing up in this iconic neighborhood, I found inspiration in the lives and legacies of musicians, poets, politicians, and everyday heroes who shaped the cultural landscape. With this constant influx of influence, I began creating - first through short stories, plays, songs, poetry, and even a novel. It was in this environment that the seed was planted: to one day write and direct a film that captured the essence of Black experiences, with authenticity, heart, and a profound sense of purpose. While I didn’t initially have access to the high-end equipment typical of filmmakers, the drive to bring these stories to life never wavered. Armed with determination and an unyielding commitment to the craft, I launched a web series - taking the leap into the world of filmmaking, even when the odds were stacked against me. WELCOME TO MERCERVILLE!

What began in spring 2021 as a small hobby with a single doll has since blossomed into an entire universe. One doll became fifty, one house became a thriving community — complete with a grocery store, lounges, shoe shop, salon, barber shop, hospital, restaurants, outdoor eateries, multiple condo suites, a school, a penthouse, an adult club, and more. Today, Mercerville is home to over 100 dolls and countless dioramas, each one adding new life to the story. This passion project has become one of my greatest joys, and it’s only just the beginning. With endless ideas and boundless creativity, my goal is to keep expanding the Mercerville doll comic series and share it with new audiences everywhere.

Perseverance in Motion….

From the very beginning, I set out to create - and I refused to let opinions, criticism, or even jealousy stand in my way. I’ve known since childhood that storytelling would be my purpose, that building a company would be my mission, and that success would be my goal. When I first picked up my phone to film, it wasn’t as effortless as it might have seemed. Wearing so many hats at once made it hard to achieve the visual impact I envisioned. But the story was always bigger than the obstacles, and that passion carried me through. Starting from the bottom meant embracing the challenge - even studying independent filmmakers like Benett Graezer. But I knew my journey would be different. I was determined to build something remarkable, even if it meant creating with just a phone. With every project, I’ve grown. Each visual has improved, each story has reached further, and the recognition has followed; laurels, accolades, and respect from my peers. Along the way, I’ve faced setbacks: projects halted, money lost, and collaborators who disappeared, disrespected or disappointed. But through it all, one thing remained constant: perseverance. I don’t stop until it’s done. And every time, I come back stronger. I invite you to watch my growth through these first three projects, the foundation for even greater opportunities that continue to unfold. They are proof of resilience, passion, and faith in the process. I am blessed, and I know the best is yet to come. Cheers to what’s ahead!

In 2011, I stepped into an online poetry community that changed everything for me. What began as spontaneous, on-the-spot creations quickly grew into a reputation — poems born from single words, thoughts, and collaborations with other writers who wanted to see where my pen could take them. Out of that space, Erotictry was born. This is a collection of 33 original erotic poems — raw, unapologetic, and alive with metaphor, passion, and the beauty of Black love and intimacy. These verses explore sex not only as desire, but as art: a language of connection, vulnerability, and liberation. I invite you to read, linger, and lose yourself in these moments. While this means that our original link is no longer accessible, please rest assured: the poems will live on. Erotictry - a collection of 33 original erotic poems is actively seeking a new platform where the full body of work can be housed, celebrated, and enjoyed by readers old and new. This next chapter will allow us to not only preserve the artistry, but to continue building a space for passion, poetry, and community.
